Did some calling around to customers with estimates and got a couple jobs.

Lady with the Briggs powered Troy Bilt push mower and Murray trimmer said to go ahead and fix both machines.

Going to pick up another push mower for service and get running Tuesday after work.

Tomorrow I have to go look at a push mower after work.

Before we headed to mom and dad's house this afternoon I went and evaluated a Craftsman rider for a major service that they want an estimate for, looked up the parts and wrote the estimate.

My parts guy will have the deck belt and spindle for the Husqvarna rider tomorrow so I can get that done this week.

CFB has cool big stuff to work on and I have a McBrick, Mini Mac, and made in Taiwan plastic Mac...

Mark
Swing by my place, I've got a 10-10, 5-10, 1-42, and 1-43 I'd let you work on! Right now I'm trying to undo my previous rebuild on the 10-10's carb, I only need the rubber valve material and the gasket bit, right? The nylon stuff is not used on this SDC?

Sold the service job on the Craftsman rider.

Checked out a Husqvarna push mower with a Honda GCV160. Guy's complaint was hard to pull, compression release on the cam gear was stuck. Pulled the cam cover off, freed up the compression release, resealed the cam cover and now it's working as it should. I'm going to have him monitor it and if it messes up in the future I'll put a new cam gear in it.

I'm beat after a full work day so after dinner I'm heading to the shower and to lay down.

My crankcase gasket showed up and, well, one thing led to another. The clutch side is still apart because I’m waiting on the tiny o-ring, the tank will need to be dropped when the vent shows up, and the flag screw hole needs a helicoil (which will happen when the tank gets dropped), but it’s got the perfect trifecta!

Also, a big shoutout to @Duke Thieroff , I ordered a new recoil pulley for my 562 on the 5th and it showed up yesterday afternoon! I'm really impressed with how fast it got here and I'm glad my 562 is back together. I sharpened up a chain I'd been given to put it on the 562 and I had to file each raker 17 times to bring them down to where my Stihl gauge says they should be! My file might be a bit dull, but that's still a lotta swipes.

Reassembled the deck on the Husqvarna rider that had a busted spindle. New deck belt installed as well. Did a quick test mow and it did great, no scalping. Just need to service it tomorrow evening and deliver it back to him.

Picked up a little Murray push mower for a service.

Tomorrow I also have to do a carb clean and service check on a Troy Bilt push mower and a new carb/fuel lines, etc on a Murray trimmer.

Chris @Duke Thieroff is a great guy! I'm overdue for a trip to his shop.

Finished the Husqvarna rider. Did the engine service and test mowed my big side yard with it. Ran great, didn't scalp. Wrote up his bill/receipt..Just need to hose it off.

Evaluated the Murray push mower I picked up last night, runs good, just need to change the oil, sharpen the blade, blow out the air filter, cut the string off the blade adapter and hose it off.

Tomorrow's game plan is to knock out the Troy Bilt push mower and Murray trimmer.

Tomorrow I also have the guy coming to pick up his Echo 660 I serviced and the 5000 watt generator he bought from me.

The clutch side o-ring showed up so I mocked up the Dubya. I'm still waiting on my wrap kit with the wide cover to show up, so I stole the dogs and cover off of the 371. When I went to get a comp reading, I remembered why the recoil had been put in the parts bin. The pulley is split so the rope keeps binding and locking up the recoil. So, no comp test/test run.

Run a drill on the flywheel nut to get the compression!
