That is so cool! An 026 with a 3/4 wrap handle.
Full disclosure, I stole the b/c, clutch cover, and wrap off my 461. That's my grandpa's near-new red lever 026 so I am keeping it all original, but 440 3/4 wraps are a nearly bolt-on swap, you just have to drill a new hole in the wrap for one of the under-tank screws

Don't bother with the bolt they are only cosmetic, lol
Fellow brought one to chainsaw training class this week and I always instruct them to inspect their saws and only the husqvarnas, 372xp and 562 were missing bolts.

Those 066 parts look like they're P61 green to me, are they or are my eyes deceiving me?
Husqvarna 576xp locked up solid, I was intrigued as to what was going on, I didn't expect this.... View attachment 297776 View attachment 297777 View attachment 297778

Delivered the Husqvarna rider. Got the Murray push mower serviced with oil change, clean air filter, check plug, sharpen blade, and got the string off the blade adapter. Got the carb and fuel lines done on the Murray trimmer. Just need to do some wackin' with it to check the tune.

Have 2 more push mowers on deck for the week coming up. It's going to be hard to work on them as my buddy who delivered them to me passed away suddenly last weekend. That was the last time I saw him.

I’m thinking Helga or something
Back when my dad's 372 was the biggest saw around she got named "Big Bertha", maybe consider that as a name? Or read old WWII bomber nose art for clever names.
All the bearings are intact and smooth running, any ideas on what happened? I noticed the flywheel key had sheared!
Maybe someone had it at WOT and the chain was suddenly pinched/got locked up, feller kept gunning it and boom! The con rod broke and with the resistance suddenly removed the crankshaft "launched" forward hard enough the flywheel key sheared?

Flywheel key was probably the last thing to go....

Sudden stop syndrome.

The wheel wanted to keep turning, momentum and stuffs...
