I really wish I would have taken before pictures of this saw , I thought it was the red version because it was BLACK! Anyway never had or handled an Echo top handle before and this one was only missing the starter cord and handle and needs the rubber av mount in the handle,( waiting for it to arrive from "Saw again")
It ran and I believe that the carb is a new replacement? After a MM its sounds and runs snappy! The Misses asked me if it was a key chain saw because of the climbing ring, lol

I'm gonna attempt to build my first M-tronic saw," MS441 flavor ".
After using my rescued scrap MS441 this past year ,on a few big trees( 34" )I am very impressed with the torque and rpms.
That and afleetcommand's videos on computer control carbs have made me less? Uneasy.
Anyway it'll be on the bench for a while. 20210510_182353.jpg 20210510_182456.jpg

Played with my new lift. Much better than using a floor jack.

Delivered the Troy Bilt 42 rider.

Much safer, I would put the front wheels in a tractor bucket and lift the front end up.

What size is the generic Husky fuel line? I'm looking at buying 25 feet of fuel hose so I won't have to drive anywhere to get fuel lines and I see the Duke carries 3x5, 3x6, and 3x7 line spools and I wanna know which I need.

Crappy Yard Man 21" push mower. Replaced the recoil rope to see if it would run. It does but only on choke. Carb is swimming in the ultrasonic. If that doesn't work I'll have the new one Thursday along with a new air filter and pre cleaner. Once it's running good it's getting the usual oil change, new plug, and sharpen.

Tested out the commercial guy's KM131 powerhead with the edger attachment and one of the long reach hedge trimmer attachments. The other hedge trimmer attachment needs a new drive shaft which I emailed my dealer about. Trimmed one of my trees which was starting to grow too low and the branches were starting to get in my way mowing around it.

120 would be a good choice too. Never had one of those that wouldn't run well!

Crappy Yard Man 21 push mower runs great now. When I get home from work I'll sharpen the blade and change the oil. The new air filter/pre cleaner will be here tomorrow.

Another project that won't fit on the bench. It should be gone soon. That should be the last
v8 that I do. I have done about 60 engines in my life for street rods, mud trucks, show cars, ect...
This one is a 67 hipo 289.
Now, back to what does fit on the bench,P1020152.JPG and putting smiles on old guys faces that can't fix it themselves anymore.
