I loved my 8010 when I had it, but I sold it. My 450 is perfect for my use and the 8010 was way overkillTest ran the Echo PB500H and it ran excellent, compared my 8010 to the 500 as well as a Homelite and the 8010 makes them look like toys!

Sure, I could always try it out. Had a guy a few years ago that was supposed to send me some to try out,but I never received any of them. I really don't remember if it was on here or another site. I've got an old 24" sawmill blade to cut up and do some with,but that's something else that keeps getting put I the back burner.

The super awesome design fault of the crankcase melting near the oil pickup... which fried the seals. Crankcase is junk. Saw isn’t even worth a set of cases or my time and labor I would charge. I been through this before with a 455 rancher and it just isn’t worth it $ wise fixing these types of saws when they have complete failures.

Them lil ms210-50 saws make nice saws for friends that wanna borrow your good saws.
Lol! Yes that is one Stihl bonus and flaw. Easy to mod the muffler and easy to lose the muffler half. Ive done i think 3 of these, 1 for me and 2 for friends. They r nice lil saws for what they r. Aint gonna lie i grab mine more than one would think. *s-wordtty scenario/ situation, hmmm $50 builder or $800 ported saw.......

I try to avoid working on them unless it's just a simple service/carb job.
If they need a carb job I generally just replace with an OEM carb, they're $40 on eBay and replacing saves me and the customer from the headache of comeback.
