Huh? Me?Back to grinding blades, this one belongs to @CrystalRiver1. I think I'm gonna have to push my timeline back a few weeks. I've gotten a few extra orders, but many because of materials being backordered, took me a couple weeks to get some metal in,so that put me behind.

No sir,I messed up the post somehow, guess trying to do to many things at once. It was supposed to be @ranchdadmikeHuh? Me?
I no understand??
Great looking saw Rich! Hope you get a great offer on it!
Never know especially with the heat! Thanks Dan. I did put a silly number on it. But if you can get $1300 for a used 660 in decent shape. Or a NOS 660 fetches $2000.....I might not be that far off. Who knows? None of us would pay that kind of money. We all see chainsaws trade for unbelievable money sometimes. Hopefully it’s my turn. Probably not though
Spent a lot putting this one back together. It was missing the recoil, shroud and air filter cover. Cylinder was not salvageable so I put a new top end on it and new plastics $$. Seems like the 660’s have been fetching damn good money on eBay. I put a stupid number on it and will let it ride for a little while. We’ll see.....

I'm doing very similar at the moment Rich, except its not on Ebay, its listed on our local auction site. I paid $350 for this, and thankfully it turned up really clean and pulled 170psi before I even touched it. All I did was pop the top off and clean the carbon from the exhaust and combustion chamber. Re-sprayed the side and recoil covers with industrial enamel mixed exactly to Stihls specs. Replaced a few other necessary bits and on it goes.Spent a lot putting this one back together. Pfffttt Parts manager put everything in one of those plastic grocery "thank you" bags, it wasn't even half full. New parts are outrageous. Saw was so clean I couldn't bring myself to use used parts. They would have stood out like a sore thumb. I'm confident I did the right thing with this saw, regardless what it eventually sells for.
