I do. We've talked about it before. Thanks! It pushes my 14' Lund nicely.Did you know Jeff used to be a professional fisherman? He tries talking boat stuff it goes way over my head. Anyway that little motor looks cool.

Nope. Not worth it on those little Homelite saws. Clamshell design. They are disposable.Jug might be OK. Did you pull it to check?
Fish... Shellfish, lobsta, crabs, most anything that swam in the ocean.
Bonita, yes Mike, right around now. Tricky little sumnabeeches to catch.I love catching small tuna and mahi mahi on spinning rods, but hard to find anyone who does it that way.
The wife and I caught 38 that way down in the Caribbean. Mostly Blackfin Tuna (which are not up here), 2 Yellow Fin, and 4 Mahi Mahi.
When my Dad had a boat, we always tried to get the Bonita when they came in, the window was short!

Will, you don't necessarily need the block off plates. I cut pieces off of an old extra thick bicycle inner tube, and it works just fine. I'll cut you off a few pieces next time you're over, if you want some. Not sure how to call this MS170. Piston looks pretty bad. Opened up carb, absolutely perfect inside. Carb passed a pressure test. Unfortunately I can't pressure and vacuum test the crankcase as I don't have the block off plates and adapters.
