Did you know Jeff used to be a professional fisherman? He tries talking boat stuff it goes way over my head. Anyway that little motor looks cool.
I do. We've talked about it before. Thanks! It pushes my 14' Lund nicely.

Kohler toilet in for a new tank to bowl gasket and new braided flexible supply line. Customer noted leaking when flushed last night and she can be a real pain in the butt sometimes.

Fish... Shellfish, lobsta, crabs, most anything that swam in the ocean.

I love catching small tuna and mahi mahi on spinning rods, but hard to find anyone who does it that way.

The wife and I caught 38 that way down in the Caribbean. Mostly Blackfin Tuna (which are not up here), 2 Yellow Fin, and 4 Mahi Mahi.

When my Dad had a boat, we always tried to get the Bonita when they came in, the window was short!

Bonita, yes Mike, right around now. Tricky little sumnabeeches to catch.

I fish for mahi and cobia on a spinning reel in the Gulf....snapper, king mackerel and redfish too if I can find them. That’s one of my favorite pastimes, and one I’ll thankfully get to enjoy next week.

Yea, likely the most difficult I've ever fished for, but well worth the effort. They are usually under the Albacore in crystal clear water.

We used short black hooks, with mono and spearing hooked through the eye socket. If your setup was not right, you could watch them avoid your hook as they cut through the chum.

And if you hooked a Bluefish with mono your rig was gone!

They were usually off the Jersey shore for one to two weeks in Sept.

Great fighters (for their size) and great eating. When you pulled one aboard on a sunny day it looked like a mechanical metal fish (they don't have scales and they glisten in the sunlight).

The Blackfin down in the Caribbean were also VG eating, just as much fun to catch, and seemed to be a lot more abundant.

Unfortunately, all my fishing stories are decades old!

Not sure how to call this MS170. Piston looks pretty bad. Opened up carb, absolutely perfect inside. Carb passed a pressure test. Unfortunately I can't pressure and vacuum test the crankcase as I don't have the block off plates and adapters.

Will, you don't necessarily need the block off plates. I cut pieces off of an old extra thick bicycle inner tube, and it works just fine. I'll cut you off a few pieces next time you're over, if you want some.
