Try some acid on a Qtip. Not much to lose. Use PPE/Eye protection.I worked on sanding the transfer for a while and some was cleaning up, but i don’t think all be able get it to where it should be

Only real risk is undermining the plating if there is a chip/scrape that goes through. Also, watch the port edges. Have a bucket of baking soda dissolved in water near you to neutralize as needed.
You’d be surprised how much you can be fooled by sanding alone. It’s almost as valuable in finding remaining transfer as it is in removing it. Just gotta go slow and be careful.
