I have read this model is unreliable......... anyone got any tips on how to fix em up proper?

I have read this model is unreliable......... anyone got any tips on how to fix em up proper?

The 575 are good saws with a little TLC I did a 576at that made a very nice saw.

+1 on that! That's why I no longer have a 310.

I only have one 1/2 clamshell saw, Husky 350, I dont plan to get more of them, one is more then enough for me.
The only thing I like with clamshell design is the price tag!

I traded my 310 for my 262xp! Guy thought he was getting the better end off the trade!

you did well awesome deal!
I probleby build 20 saws this year, even newbies like me can put a mag case together and get a runner, but clamshell, well, alot of issues to consider.
I only recomend a mag case saws to my friends, brand doesnt mather

I wouldnt been able to build them if it wasnt because of members on OPE. Here I can ask newbie questions and get answer, if it had been on AS I would probleby be slammed the first day
