Yeah you're probably right. I'd cut a hole for a straight through effect. There's not many dolmars around here. I've only worked on a pair of 5105's.

Don't raise the exhaust, just widen.

Just widen and square some, add a good bevel. Almost same numbers I had on my last one. Just skimmed the base and squish to clean and square up.

Yeah I agree, but without being able to cut base and squish or the ability to modify transfers your hands are kinda tied!
