Epoxied bearing cup, cut in hash marks in cup for structure to bond epoxy. Roughed with 80grit. Shiny side is unfinished, dull is finished.

Well today 27F blowing snow she wants to put gravel back into drive. Wouldnt stay running so figured time for carb kit.
Pulled carb and thought. Hmmmmmm I have some trimmer carbs that look just like it without the snorkel deal.
Working good to get me out of a pinch till get kit ordered.

On anything but 046, If you loosen the bolts and tighten after they fit it helps.

No sir, on the 036.
I think what I will do is mod them to work, then give them as a pattern to my brother in law, and have him make me a set thats smaller, but can still utilize the roller catcher.

Loosen up the bolts on the clutch cover and inner dawg, line the catch up, then snug the bolts up.

I know I had the inner bolts loose.
Now, I cant recall if I had the cover bolts loose.
I'll give it another try.

Loosen the dogs on the bar cover then put bar on then cover then line up everything then tighten the dogs on the cover then you should be good to go. I've never seen them so far off to where you couldn't get them to line up Hope this helps you.

The extension has two notches in it for the bearing pockets. Look left and right. This is also lowered with the extension to keep the clearance.
