Whats on the Grill or Smoker?

I got a couple bone in turkey breasts for ridiculously cheap so I smoked them up tonight. They came out pretty darn good!

Just got a pellet grill/smoker this year. I’ve been playing around with it a little. Here was our turkey for Christmas. This was after I flipped it and the leg quarter flipped off, lol

I’m a big fan of the egg. I know there’s several different ways to get great food but I’ve been very happy with my egg

I'm cooking a baked potato now, but have 2 big store bought Angus steaks marinating waiting to throw on a grill over Oak & Cherry coals.

What I use for a firepit poker (I have some nice ones).
Hollow tube Aluminum.
Move wood around & also a "bellows".
Just stick it in the fire or coals & blow.
Gets a lazy fire blazing in a jiffy.

I'll stick to my white Oak & cherry.

Ran across some Old steel skillets today.
Large/Med/small sizes.
Acme, National & a couple others I dont remember.
They were dirt cheap (all under $5).

My first thought was a burger & onions cooked on wood coals (firepit) without any flare-ups & smoke flavor added free.
So I bought the smallest one for $2.
It's pretty heavy duty/thick.
No telling how old it is.
I may go back & buy some more, great for camping.

No flare ups & excellent flavor (White Oak & Cherry coals).
Seasoned Onions & butter wrapped in foil in that barrel also.
LOVE the steel skillet & want some bigger ones now!
