Here's an updated to the minute shot...got tied up doing some BS...they're just kicking back at 150 degs now, waiting on the bathing. Kept 'em pumped down with apple juice/white vinegar/water mix the entire smoke time.

Something quick this evening so it's four corn dogs, chips, a couple of Claussen pickles, about a half gallon of milk to wash it down with.

I had a couple of these. Tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken, roasted green Chiles, grated Chihuahua cheese and salsa, then grilled and drenched in cheese sauce, sour cream and garnished with scallions.

Peanut butter and hunny sandwich. Was supposed to have parogese and chicken but was so good i ate it all at lunch.
