Everyone is welcome !!!!!!
We are gonna race in poplar cants and eat like kings. We'll have some fresh logs for the wood cutters to play with their saws in too.
Lots of folks usually show up on Friday, which lands on the 24th this year. That day is sort of a set up day for people to claim a place for their canopies and stuff. No racing on Fridays usually.....just a lot of hanging out and shootin the breeze. There's a store a mile away that has good grub if needed, or we can get stuff for sandwiches. We ain't gonna go hungry. On Friday evening we usually get everyone together for a trip out to a local Mexican restaurant for supper.
Saturday we usually serve breakfast at the barn. Then about 1pm we serve pulled pork and the fixins.
Bring chairs.....and whatever you like to drink. Beer is fine.....but we ain't mixing running chainsaws and alcohol. I figure everyone can understand that. LOL
