I used the Pastrami, I made last weekend, on Reubens.
Since my wife liked them so much, they're now on the healthy list.
This eating healthy thing might just work out.

Pizza Hut wings pasta and garlic knots. Had things going on so I didn't get to cook. The pasta will fill me for the evening but tomorrow night I'm going to have to do something special since the wife is going to see her sister in Michigan

Sounds like a night for a 24 ounce Porterhouse.

Had to do it again this evening fellas...another Stouffer's Grandma's Chicken & Vegetable Rice Bake, doctored up with Parmesan cheese and grated mild cheddar. And about a gallon of milk. I could eat this Stouffer's deal 5/6 days a week.

Man I still haven't gotten to cook that thing yet. Bought it the other night and got dog piled from the family with leftovers. I'm definitely gonna pour the cheese on like you did though.
