Not to derail the grocery thread, but speaking of Butterbean...you fellas remember that bald-headed, ass whipping fool? I saw him at the Macon Coliseum many yrs ago in some Toughman competitions. He used to just wail away on fellas, just beat'em down. Then he started a little stint in wrestling, the MMA. If I remember correctly, a little fella 'bout half his size tore his ass up in the MMA world. Speaking of bad asses in the MMA world and no doubt one of the finest it's ever seen, Ken Shamrock was born at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Ga, where I'm from, same base I slave at on the flightline everyday. I met Ken in Macon, Ga yrs ago...pretty cool guy. And a bad ass, feared man nonetheless, back in his hay day.

Now...back to the groceries!

I have a 15 year old grand daughter......and a 13 year old grandson......I try to paint a vivid picture for them........and pray that's enough.

Iam a dick but I drive by the county jail ever day taking my kids to school and point it out were bad choice and laziness will get you. And on the occasional screw up take them to the intake at the homeless shelter to remind them how good they gor it.

Mater sammiches this evening, heavy with the Dukes mayo, 1/2 gal of milk. Wanted to fire the grill up but the rain was just hammering for half the day. Do the grill thing tomorrow if it's not raining too bad.

Had some chicken fajitas, all spiced up with some Jalepeno slices. With a side of home fried potatoes in the black iron.
Man, it was fantastic! This is kind of mexi-redneck (no racism intended).

Tonight spaghetti and meatballs with meatball mix from an Italian deli (this will make a couple of meals for me)

Tomorrow while watching the Packers win I will have homemade shrimp gumbo with andoullie sausage, made by a Norwegian so we shall see.
