Cranked up the deep fryer...fried a country style, cut up fryer. For those that may wonder what a 'country style' cut up fryer is...it's all the same pieces of a cut up chicken, just the breasts are cut different to give you the pulleybone piece as well. Of course you get the neck bone, liver, gizzard, heart in the little wrapped up paper deal. And I ain't bashful when it comes to yard bird...it all gets a brown jacket on it and et. Some turnips and a sliced mater on the side, knocked down with the usual 1/2-3/4 gal of milk.
