I've never seen what the fuss is all about with tator tot casserole. I'm not much for the veggies and it just doesn't do it for me. Maybe i need to make it myself and do it up right. The venison sure would be a great addition

We don't have it that often, but putting your own spin on it definitely helps it out a lot. The venison definitely helps.

Steak and Potato Fajitas with grilled bell peppers, carmelized onions, Jack cheese and and Sriracha lime Aioli.
I planned on a steak and baked potato but my wife didn't want a steak. The Fajitas were a compromise.............and a good one.

Steak and Potato Fajitas again. My wife liked them so much, she wanted them again. Normally I'd tell her no but she had rotator cuff surgery 10 days ago and I feel sorry for her.
