Tonight = Venison Vindaloo
Tomorrow = Lamb chops (local grocery had a bunch of lamb on sale that they got from the PA Farm Show)

Now I have to look up vindaloo

Tonight spaghetti and meatballs with meatball mix from an Italian deli (this will make a couple of meals for me)

Tomorrow while watching the FALCONS win I will have homemade shrimp gumbo with andoullie sausage, made by a Norwegian so we shall see.

I love liver and onions! Just froze a hog liver for vacuum sealing. ( esp. with gravy )

Mater sammiches this evening, heavy with the Dukes mayo, 1/2 gal of milk. Wanted to fire the grill up but the rain was just hammering for half the day. Do the grill thing tomorrow if it's not raining too bad.

Dukes mayo.!! Milk, and buttermilk! Hard to beat that. Drink two qts. milk today.

I couldn't hold off any more fellas, about noontime I was looking for some groceries so went on ahead and cooked the vittles for today. Whole fried, cutup chicken, six chops in the skillet with melted butter and a good ol' splash of Worcestershire sauce, pot of Allen's green beans w/sliced new potatoes seasoned with Lord's country cured ham pieces and side meat, gonna slice a couple of maters, and a few pieces of bread. I'm ready now...

Almost looks like couscous mixed in with the sausage, corn, etc.

Smoked bacon bomb ground pork red yellow green peppers sliced baby bella shrooms chopped onions bba sauce and some homemade rup then wrapped in thick cut bacon in a basket weave pattern then rubbed again smoked for 5 hours and some jalepeno home made sweet coarse ground corn bread and some hmemade canned dill pickles
