I wasn’t really planning on making anything fun for dinner. Until Joe @Onan18 sent me a pic of some delicious looking shrimp and grits. I told him that looked a lot better what I was thinking about for dinner So here where I’m at. Stuffed pork loin with prosciutto, cheese and mire poix. Butternut squash and probably some steamed broccoli to round things out.

Yep my kids used to take schnitzel sangas to school the *f-worden greeny kids hated it and tried to stop them doing it but my eldest son quietly went up to the main culprit and told her keep your mouth shut or I'm going to put a kangaroo head in your schoolbag they left my two kids alone after that .
