I haven't seen a Schwan's truck in decades...they used to have some decent groceries. I don't guess they ever really took off here.The wife and I weren't feeling well tonight so it was chicken patties and tater tots. The Schwans guy stopped by so I got some shrimp to go with the steaks we have in the fridge for the weekend. I'm hungry again![]()

Used to take beef chuck steaks, knock 'em down with a little Dale's, melted butter, some garlic seasoning, and sear the chit out of 'em...get that good 'ol fat dripping, flip 'em, let 'me roll another 4-5 mins and scoot 'em off the flamage. Pretty damn good cut of meat.
