Made some sauce (tomato sauce, onion, green pepper, brown sugar and Wostershire Sauce) as well as corn and mashed potatoes to go with it.

Flour Tortillas filled with leftover meat from some Short ribs I did yesterday, grilled peppers, Chihuahua cheese and Chiracha sauce. Grilled and drowned in Queso cheese sauce and sour cream. with some retried beans. It turned out a lot better than I expected. I'll be doing these again.

No cooking tonight, just heating up a Stouffer's frozen meat loaf dinner, with Stouffer's Mac and cheese. Pretty good for frozen dinners.

Ruben sandwichs and Irish egg rolls. Made with last nights corn beef cabbage carrots and potatoes. Since it's Irish washing it down with smithwicks Irish ale

That looks pretty damn good Charlie. Stouffers makes some decent frozen dinner stuff.

I'm having Tomato soup, with grilled Ham & Cheese sandwiches and a big glass of milk.
