I enjoy it every month. 2 Sausages bacon ham onions green peppers tomatoes black olives jalapeños are where you start. Then after the omelette is done you have 2 kinds of melted cheese shredded cheese salsa sour cream to add. Also cheesy hash browns and toast. It supports the local SAL and the auxiliary at the VFW

I have been known to eat 2 omelettes in one sitting

Ham sandwich earlier. I spent the day cutting up downed trees after the Tornado on Tuesday. My wife took pity on me and baked a cast iron skillet Apple pie. With a big scoop of Vanilla ice cream, it was damn good.

I slip some garlic cloves into the fat too
