I would stick with Dominator if it were me.I use Dominator @32:1 and have had good results, but am going to try Schaeffer's 9000 next at the same ratio.
I've used H1-R and HP2 previously. Both are very thick oils, which makes them hard to work with in winter, which I solely cut in. Red Armor is also a thick oil. Seems Schaeffer's 9000 is even thinner than Dominator.
Hp2 is a low SAE 50w oil. H1R is a 40w oil and Red Armor is a 30w oil.
I've personally never had a problem with any of them mix ing cold weather. The only oils I have had problems with mixing is Maxima 927, Klotz super Techniplate and R50.
