Not really.
Just use Amsoil Dominator.
Cool. That’s what the new saw will get, after I finish up my Red Armor mix.

I think 927 is meant for engines that can be rebuilt constantly. Ive only run a few gallon of 927 mix. Good oil for protection but not so clean compare to other synthetic stuff. That is surprising given the reputation. Are synthetic oils better? I've only used the B&S little bottle with the measuring cup built in, boat 2t oil, and Maxima Super M. Is the only way to see how well they work to take apart the engine? I get that this thread has covered all of that, but it is also nearly 900 pages long.
I ran 927 in my race 250r ATV for year's ,never a problem , probably one of the best out there for 2 stroke bikes.I think 927 is meant for engines that can be rebuilt constantly. Ive only run a few gallon of 927 mix. Good oil for protection but not so clean compare to other synthetic stuff.

Doesn’t castor oil start to separate from the gas in the wintertime/cold temps?
Don't run castor in a saw.
Is it because of the carbon on piston top?
You’re wrong I’m rightI’ve been using this from Menard’s for $1.50 a bottle.....fight me.
