What oil is best? and what ratio?

I have been doing testing with there fuel Fragrances too. It was a secret until you mention their oil.

It smells like a raspberry cough syrup in the bottle but when its ran through the engine its a pleasant raspberry twizzler smell. If you put it in a cough syrup bottle and didn't tell anyone they wouldn't know the difference until they tasted it seriously smells that good. That four ounce bottle makes 20 gallons. Golden spectro is a great oil and will work great in a bike. If I was running wfo in sand dunes I may think of something different now. I have had good luck with it in sleds and skis. Although I've not blowen up many motors.

1990 had a toasted jug and piston that was bored 2mm over. I put an oem jug and a wiseco back on it. Should be good to go. If you've ever owned one you know what a summabitch they are to start when cold.

I've never used Golden Spectro. But have heard good stuff about it. Is it any good for OPE?

The old GS in the black and gold bottle was pretty revolutionary stuff in the late 70's to early 80's. Not so much anymore. Spectro does make some newer oils that are decent. I ran them for a few years circa 2000,2001 time frame.

I just put a new OEM jug and Wiseco on the 89 engine that powers my cr500 AF.

I had a '89, 91' and have had a '98 for the past 16 years. Turn on the gas, choke it, put it in 3rd gear and roll it back and forth a little to prime the cylinder. Put it in neutral and kick it like it owes you money. If tuned right it will fire in 2-3 kicks.

My leg felt like jello after running out of fuel and priming the system haha

Had a few guys want to ride it but only the ones that could start it were able to.

Ben, it appears finding a pipe for a 96-98 RM is tough lol,

Don't want a PC platinum, would like a good looking works pipe, the cone look always has a place in my heart.might have to have one custom if this bike pans out.

That's all I ever used.. Smells amazing! Mix it with 110 octane and it was like breathing air that smelled of "Awesomeness"!!

I rebuilt a Husky for a bloke and he picked it up today.
I fired it up and gave it a bit of a rev for him.

When i shut it down he smiled and said "your using racing oil"

I said, yep, Klotz Benol

He said.... Mmmmm smells good.

Surely there are better oils nowadays than the GS but it is still a good oil. I'll use it to break this thing in then try something a like kl200.
