You won't have problems with most oils. That doesn't mean they are good how much run time do you actually put on your own saws in the course of a year? If your basing your comments on running customers saws before and after porting that's not a strong endorsement. Neither is running a single oil in 10 different saws where none get any appreciable run time.I've ran klotz for 15 years or so in saws, never had a problem with it.
Is it okay for me to call it good oil?
I think there are better choices for saws. At least for how I operate them. Same for Motul 800, which was pretty dirty in my MS260.Why not?

I should add I never mill. If I did I might look at 800 or r-50, but then again I might not.
No, I have never used it. Although Klotz seems to market it was a lesser product than R-50. I think super techniplate is a blend of 200 and benol, but don't hold me to that.Ben what do u think of Klotz kl200? Any use and run time with it?
I haven't seen GP-7 in years. Although I will say that a cr 500 tuner from Canada I know off highly reccomends it.2R,HP2, K2 are on my solid list.
Benol and KL200 work very well for me (Better choices probably but I trust them and add them to my trust list) I don't have the run time that I did with those 3 Benol and 927 are available on my way home from work as is HP2 and K2.
GP7, K2,R50,HP2, 2R, motul 800,927, Ultra, KL200,Benol, and H1R is my up to date list of stuff I have ran.
Still to run- Ipone, Mobil 1, Super M, and Super Tech. Probably try some PJ1 as well....
Their chain lube I liked a lot.
Ben hear much about Torco GP7? I do not see to much but I thought it was pretty good, My mechanical failure in the 441 could not be prevented even with the best oil IMO

The 96 RM can be described in one word. Slow! My buddy had a new one and I had a 94 CR250. The CR felt like a rocket compared to that dog.It had little to no smell to it, burned clean. The guy who owns my old 500 is running H1R in it. I was running K2 in it the day it left.
Looking at a project 96RM 250 at the minute.
I remember reading Larocco wanted to leave because if this bike lol, works guys did not seem to like what Suzuki left them with lol
Needs some work but if I can nab if for 500 bucks a good replica project is in order I suppose.

H1r was probably the big thing back thenThe 96 RM can be described in one word. Slow! My buddy had a new one and I had a 94 CR250. The CR felt like a rocket compared to that dog.
Even McGrath couldn't win on the RM.
That's all I ever ran in my standup jet skis! Loved the smell!!Golden spectro was popular back then.
I had a 1996 rm-250. The thing I remember most about the bike is the lack of stability. It would head shake like no other. I ran H1R in it too..didn't know much better. The 96 RM can be described in one word. Slow! My buddy had a new one and I had a 94 CR250. The CR felt like a rocket compared to that dog.
