What oil is best? and what ratio?

It does run 404 all the time, and its got a few tweaks, I don't see any reason to change anything

I'll be running the KL200 as soon as I'm out of whatever is left if the R50 & 800

this oil is awesome and cheap just hard to find in stock at the local hardware store only 99 cents per bottle.

First is as it looked when I pulled the cylinder. Second is after wiping with a rag

I think its just about perfect, clutch side transferr needs a slight touch

Yep. Wish the dolmar factory would ship about 20 oem unlimited coils over here.

It has 6 hours use since I ported it and did all the machining, guessing 15-20 gallons Ben. Ring lands look immaculate

I haven't ran it yet, but when I do, I will be running it straight, so long as the smell doesn't get to me like R50 did.

Thats the only reason why I mixxed in the 800, was to lessen the smell of R50

R50's smell was strong for me also in a tight spot. The kl200 actually smells good

R50 by itself wasn't much worse if any over the 800 when milling. It was pretty strong in close quarters if the wind stopped.

I like the smell of my witches brew, still smells like R50, but not as strong....... even stumping in a recessed area doesn't get me sick.

R50 by itself left me gasping for fresh air feeling like I was gunna yak cutting in a low laying recess or stumping.

I'm looking forward to running the KL200

Plug out of my 550xp only ever run 800 @ 40:1.... Looks kinda dirty to me. Thoughts? Also the piston seems to have a fair bit of carbon on it considering not a huge amount of run time.
