FumesI knowz man. Just bein goofy.
I can't speak for the rest but it will be in all my equipment. The polished and the dirty birds.
Yup, I’ve never seen any issues with OTP in VP, just the one time in ethanol pump gasIt hasn't in my ported saw with vp94. Been in there a couple months or more now.
Good to hear that feedback.
I'm not an oil swapping type of dude. My quest is finished. I hate this oil searching personally. The testing continues for the group but for me, it's over. I don't need any more protection than this provided. I was sold at 100:1 and 200:1 confirmed it. Hell any of these at the ratios we run are more than enough. That said, we aren't normal are we or we wouldn't be here.
Stabil good. Even with e-free, I still put it in every can of gas I buy. AFAIK, Seafoam has alcohol in it, bad.
Now hold on a cotton pickin minute!!!What exactly has ADOM did that RA hadnt done? Both survived? U may want to wait until u tear this unit down to inspect before we make that decision? The RA unit is still running strong to this time? Plus RA already has dye and stabalizer in it?Odd to say, but this "weight" lifted will allow me to have more fun doing this. I know what oil I'm going to run, i know RA is also outstanding and I'll use it to clean old saws internals and I also learned my old oil, BM is pretty bad ass too. And I have another spare weed eater brand trimmer.
Yes. Dominator is my go to oil now. I can get it delivered and its nearly 1/2 the cost of Red Armor being a preferred customer at the Amsoil.
I just looked at the seafoam website. It says it's a complete fuel system cleaner and also stabilizes fuel for 2 years with 1oz per gallon.Yeah I thought seafoam was a cleaner not a stabilizer.

Me either. But I have been putting an oz per gallon in my mix fuel for a couple years now. I have to drive a ways to get e free fuel so I buy 15 gallons at a time for my mower which lasts 2-3 months depending on the weather. I put StaBil in it just to keep it fresh, I always have some left over winter. I pour a splash of seafoam in the mower tank a couple times a year.I've never stored fuel that long but it definitely cleans.
It says 67-63-0, what does that mean?SDS for Seafoam: https://seafoamsales.com/uploads/2019/09/SDS-SFMT-US-ENG-v20190905-1.pdf
Has up to 25% isopropyl alcohol (isopropanol). It's not ethanol, but no better or worse in my mind. Fine for a car or equipment with old gas that is salvageable. Although alcohol is bad in fuel for storage, it has its place for a single use to mix with existing water in the tank. But not in a two stroke where you can just dump the tank. The Marine version does not show any alcohol in the SDS.
My method is multiple 5 gallon metal safety cans for proper fuel storage. Each 5 gallon can gets dosed with Stabil and Marvel Mystery Oil for a touch of top end lubrication for the air cooled tractors, splitter, push mower, etc. Make pilgrimage to out of state e-free source of 89 octane (about an hour's round trip). Dosed fuel get used to make the 2 stroke blend as needed, so it already has some Stabil and MMO in addition to the 2 stroke oil. Everything always runs, even if it sits wet for months.

Oh Im not mad just looking at the results in many ways. Id use any of these oils. In fact I use alota different ones now. I definetely dont let oil control my thoughts like I use to buddy. Appreciate the test and test on. There will be another oil here before long that will pop up and be the puppies peter. Always is a bigger better around the corner on all aspects of lifeDon't be mad Keith. I still love the RA and will recommend it to anyone I know that is just a user, not an enthusiast. The dump the 50:1 mix bottle in the gas and run it type people.
