What oil is best? and what ratio?

I think I will keep using the silver bottle husky oil!
It works ok but for less $ the echo powerblend is better imo. If you buy in bulk at home depot it’s reasonably priced. It’s semi synthetic, FD rated, has fuel stabilizer in it and good rust/corrosion protection if the saw is left sitting. Carbon buildup is light. Every time a saw was torn down it had a nice oil film coating the internals. Seems to work well in everything I run it in at 40:1... so far it’s been good to me.

The powerblend even performed well at 50:1 in a fleet of string trimmers abused all summer. When I inspected all of them at the end of the season I was impressed by what I saw. That is what made me want to give it a go originally. It’s certainly on my list of favorites.
