Hard to get a good photo of piston top but it’s good. Hope you can see the reflection of the oil film. That light exhaust port buildup hasn’t changed since I changed from red armor. I think it’s pretty clean.

Piston is beautiful in my 562 after countless tanks running 40:1 saber....oil all over the piston and little to no carbon buildup. Gonna stick with what works.
Excellent, where's the pics?
Come on now Mason. Lol

Honda stuff made good power in my milling saws ,but the smell made me sick like you are saying ,it was blue though .I remember the team Honda thing ,i think it was Steve Lampsons factory #1 125cc that ran yamaha oil .
They did it for years and started before Lamson. Maybe as far back as Rick Johnson.

I can't imagine the new formula of Red Armor being that bad... Why would they take a great oil and degrade it ? All because some corporate bean counter said so ? If somebody could get a non sugar coated answer directly from Echo that would be sweet.
Im sure its a decent oil. Its just not worth the money given its formulated like many other air cooled oils.

wrong thread fred. lol

if I get a gain with 4 deg, I will grind 2 deg in the cylinder. if I get a loss, I can back up 4 deg. I will then be 2 deg more then where I started. keep in mind I do this in duration not after top dead center.
