What oil is best? and what ratio?

My milkshake story
imagine a milkshake ,it is fairly thick it will be the 32 to 1
now a pepsi ,it will be 40 to 1
put a straw in both ,this will be the jet ,
suck on them both ,the pepsi will flow faster through the straw/jet meaning more fuel used
to tune the saw for the 32 to 1 will need a bigger straw/jet to flow as fast

If we apply this to Autotune or Mtronic saws we can probably assume that WOT rpm's would be close using mix ratio's 32-50:1
Now my question is which ratio might produce the most hp/torque in these saws?
