Most loggers I ask run 50 to 1, they claim the extra oil loses power., I have not ran 50 to 1 back to back with 40 or 32 to 1 so I can not say if right or wrong
I wouldn't use what most loggers do as a litmus test for anything.

"I would expect..." 20:1 is like running a 100:1 oil at 80:1 and "expecting..."

The engineers at Husky and Stihl seem to know something in the realms of 40-50:1 is where I begin my journey.
Well, not really. Most race oils are designed to run at lower ratios just fine. The "K" in K-2 stands for Kart. You would be hard pressed to find a Kart racer running anything higher than 24:1, with many running 16:1.
I also believe that Husky is saying to run 32:1 in their strato saws in some countries like Australia now.

These are chainsaw engines at this forum. This is the USA, not Austria.

But to each his own :)

ultra doesn't have a rating.
i bet it would look better running husqvarna xp at 50:1
ultra = carbon hell if not tuned right.
In the past I have had good luck with the husky xp oil in the silver bottle.

They actually made a black bottled oil that was FD rated

Looks like they would at least claim to exceed FD?
They claim it meets FC, but that's not the same as being "rated FC". Schaeffers claims their ashless boat oil meets FC, which is not technically possible.
