I used non-oxygenated Sunoco 110. I'll test again but my thoughts are higher compression saws, 205+ compression, benefits from racing fuels.

I've not seen a gain with it up to 240 lbs of compression.

maple is considered a hard wood in kentucky and one of the most common in my area beside a hack berry.

Don't ever park your truck under a hackberry (aka sugar berry). They drip sap!

Largest maple I've seen. We also have silver maple in my area. Red oak is the premium firewood in my area. Although hickory has a higher BTU output.

i like maple easy to cut okay to split and seasons fast burns hots and leaves good coals.

Surely not?? A 372 is suppose wax everthing in sight up to 90cc aint it?

Well the 7900s are hard to catch for most saws.
