I bet that baby cost a pretty pennyI have it at work for looking inside car engines ,makes it nice to see if a low cylinder has a burnt exhaust valve or not when testing used engines .
Here are a couple images it did ,this is mobil 1 oil mx2t

I do think the 800t builds carbon less quickly than any oil ive used which I would expect to be incomplete combustion and washing
Imo a piston crown shouldnt be clean. Its a result of being way too rich and not enough load to completely combust the oil and pretty much but a few people on AS and OPE have concluded. Nothin wrong with runnin that rich other than Ben mentioned on AS that being way too rich on the topend will actually wash your lubrication away but I dont have a clue if thats fact. Im not striving to keep a clean piston top because I know its not the normal for a properly tuned 2 strokeI'd say the 800 has a better additive for cleaner internal conditions. R50 has a higher viscosity than 800 off-road so it should also show a clean piston crown but it doesn't.
I honestly don't know yet ,i just give him money every week ,and i can take stuff off the truck ,lolI bet that baby cost a pretty penny
Looks like 895 for video/still and 495 for the unit that just videosI honestly don't know yet ,i just give him money every week ,and i can take stuff off the truck ,lol
Best I remember 800 was one of the fastest times in Redbull's timed cuts using a 661.Imo a piston crown shouldnt be clean. Im not expecting it to wash it but on my 241 the hp2 was pretty hard and not ashyI had 50 oz of fuel left. I added about 3/4 oz to it to get to 20:1. May be closer to 16:1. I'll see how it runs tomorrow afternoon.
Looks thin...like you could wipe it off easy.....not a hard thick layer like Klotz.MMWS 461r with 800t @ 32to1 around 6 gallons tuned about 14400 to 14500View attachment 3374
Used 87 octane?MMWS 461r with 800t @ 32to1 around 6 gallons tuned about 14400 to 14500View attachment 3374
Cant remember but I think alil was hardened and some was softLooks thin...like you could wipe it off easy.....not a hard thick layer like Klotz.
110/87Used 87 octane?
I only use 93 or 110 octane and both my 660 and 036 pistons are super clean. I've used two liters of 800 and not seeing what you have. Maybe I'm tuned rich but my 660 is at 13600 and the 036 is at 13800. I think the quality of fuel may also determine buildup.110/87
