Here is my favorite 60cc saw.

But the top cover is all cut up

60cc I like these, light like 3cube saw and get the job done. But 65cc I really really like my 415 425 saws.

too many to choose from.357/359,036/360 and the echo cs600.like said before the 57cc 10-10 is awesome just from the sound.

Stihl 034 AV Super with an 036 top end, of course. This thing was in pieces and given to me in a cardboard box. Yesterday I cut down a tree brought in a truckload of firewood with it.

This is Mega difficult as there are 5 saws in that list i think are the "Muts Nuts"
Dolmar 6100 is a saw I am in the process of acquiring because i really like the more non electronic approach and hi German build quality.
Husqvarna 560(uk 562) il have one at some point .
Husqvarna 357....basically a 346 on "Steroids" !!
Husqvarna 262...well its on spring anti vibe when most other 200 series saws were on rubber. Powerhouse saw without to much bulk.
So its come down to my last saw choice ....Man it was close between the 262 and .........The Stihl 361 !! the cylinder design gives such a smooth feel to the saw and a intoxicating exhaust note with good anti vibe and not to much bulk.
On this occasion its The Stihl.......JUST !

The 362 Ver II is 1/2 lb lighter than the 13 lb saw but has the same power and internal clutch. That makes it one of the lightest 60 cc saws out there, and noticeably less weight than the 362 Ver I, 562, and 262, which are all about 13 lbs.

If I were in the market for a new one, that would be it.

I also like that it has spring AV and M-Tronic, not much to worry about!

I would be happy running any of them you really cant go wrong
1st choice for me would be a 562xp it is a very impressive saw in stock form and responds well to porting plus handles great.
super close second for me is the dolmar ps-6100 and for the money its the best value
after I get the 6100 back from being ported this order may even change there that close

I finally got a chance to run a 562 thanks to Weimedog a few weeks back. His has been slightly modded. His mods aside, I got to experience first hand that the 562 delivers on it's promise with gusto! It's an amazing saw for sure and will outdo my 357 in every aspect.

But having said that, I had to cast my vote for the good ol' 3-5-7. Mine is the first new saw I ever bought, and I will always have a soft spot for em. Plus, dumb as it may seem, I like that the model number is also one of my favorite handgun cartridges...
