FedEx brought me this Chinese powerhouse today for some reason the chain brake and or sprocket were tight but they loosened to normal after some warming up and throttling up.

Even though it is a top-handle saw, you should use both hands, no telling when it can catch and go sideways. The only thing you should really one-hand is when riding an atom bomb, then you can use your other hand to wave your cowboy hat.

BTW, Your freaking chain is too tight for sure and back out the L screw a little at a time to get rid of the hesitation Logan.

After 1 more cut the chain was too loose so I'm not sure what's going on there. Will readjust it tomorrow. I was gonna adjust the carb but the screws don't have a head for a screwdriver. They're plain...

Take a pic of the screws. You may be able to take a #16 electrical butt connector trim off the plastic and push it into the plain screw head. Then turn the connector to richen.

It actually looked as if the chain wasn't seating in the top of the bar rail. I saw light in the driver to rail area on top in your video. Could be some burred drivers or incorrect gauge. It's Chinese so look it over before it fuggs up.

Screws are probably splined. You should pick up a set from Ali express or snap on. Has a driver for all those special screwdriver prevention screws. Also, your chain is probably !made out of lead, and has stretched. Give it a good blowjob and it will be fine.

You probably need one of these tools, they work great on some carbs that have a sleeve over the screws, when you push it in, it pushes back the sleeve allowing you to turn the screws:

Here are the adjustment screws…. Just now realizing/wondering if the shiny Phillips one labeled T is an idle screw…. At first glance I assumed it was just a screw holding the plastics together.

Give it a slight tweak while running it...that will let you know!
