The picture is still coming. as I have one of the old offsets.

As you can see the fox tail has taken over the disc. I will try to get better pic. next spring. It is a very old John Deere from the 50,s I have had it since 1972, many years for me. I actually use this disc every spring. I am no longer able to get wheels for it. So I have set the two wheels to carry the full weight. It is about a 8.5' offset.

Think I understand now, just never heard it mentioned that way. We always covered the on ground silage piles with the black plastic also.

I don't know where it cam from , but every years these dairy farms get bigger and the acres of silage are

A lot of european tractors have air compressors and trailer air brake systems on them. My zetor has a compressor on it. Nice if you need to inflate a tire in the field.

Yes I can remember years ago as a kid my father was a livestock hauler for 40 + years and winter time when we used too have cold winters Always having battery trouble and bump stariting the truck off the slope
Using the zetor too fill the air tanks too realise the brakes
