It was a horse logger/puller that had her. The mare I saw was stouter than the one in the pic. Even pulled down from just having a big foal weaned off her. More along the lines of an old fashioned Belgium.

Just graze. With low prices & too much other stuff to do when it would be harvested, it's just not worth the trouble.

This P#@%ker! Had a problem the Allis wouldn't go into reverse. Easy fix, just tighten up one bolt on one bellcrank. Speed side shifts perfect now. I figured since had it tore apart from ahole to appetite I'd smooth up the range side. What a stinkin' rabbit hole!
