What's crazy is that he has the 55, and 346XP listed for the same price, $350. If that's in CAD, it's a pretty damn good deal on the 346XP for us that are South of the border.
Well if anyone wants the 346 and can get him to send some pics I would be willing to pick it up and ship it.

Utah, unfortunately.....
I have a guy right now that is paying me to build a 55. I've offered a 350 and 346...he insists on a 55. Has a large farm and grading company...should buy a 550xp...wants a 55. There are some nuts out there.

Is his 55 a closed port, or open port?

I have an old (1982) white top 50 I've refurbed. Best 50cc I've run accross.

I don't know what he had...it was stolen. What I am building is an open port. I asked what b&c he wants and he insisted a 20" 3/8. It will be painful but its his money...I don't need another 50cc saw. He says he never buries the bar, just wants it for reach. What ever makes him happy

Not being a Husky guy, I am always intrigued between the reference to closed and open port saws in this genre.
Can someone explain the attraction and why? Always reading and learning.

The first Mall I bought cost me $5.00 at an auction and it ran. After the sale a guy offered me $10.00 but I turned him down and still have the saw. Of course that was 1978 so a dollar was worth a bit more.

hey, is an unmolested jonsered cs 2150 with a broken chain brake handle, good compression without a scorched piston and new bar and chain worth $130?
