I got some pics from Keith in Waldo but I am not inspired to go take a look in person.
He sent 16 of them there is more than one lot of saws for sale and then a few saws separate, he also said he has a lot of NOS Homelite parts set aside.
Highlights from the pics for me were a mostly complete Mac D44, what looked like a fairly decent Logmaster or Zip in a background shot, a couple of old big mag saws of identified species, two different larger old macs, a probably husky parts saw in the bed of truck amongst a pile of plastic saws, a probable 10-10 under a pile, a decent looking Wright mostly out of frame
he was pleasant and seemed willing to deal, but I didn't see anything that looked like I needed it, he is about an hour each way from me

Hahaha hence the reason I said 'allegedly.' Probably the reason I didn't even call. Too good to be true.

If you need anything else...let me know. I built two and have a small stash of parts as i have these to mill with. At this point we are talking about moving...I'm more flexible as my wofe says she has a plan to make moving the barn easy.

Well Sir, within a month I will be looking to source the HD cover to go with the mount you sent, along with a good clutch cover, outer bucking dog, throttle lockout lever and its spring, and a couple other small odds n ends. Gotta wait till next pay a week from today to buy more parts though. Shoot me a PM if you have any of those parts and want to sell them.

if she is selling it all cheaply to a stranger, give her my number
if she starts playing with matches, make sure your insurance is paid up
:hsughwiggle:
Ohh she knows you as the guy that bought the pallet of stuff....you would probably be first on the list. The boxes you want are on the left in the corner of the main ssho burried and middle of back wall...Stihl and nothing under 94cc [emoji41]

I dont think so...but I will have to dig. Is the top not the same as a 395? Let me ask a buddy to check...he has one of my 94s and a 95 at the Zoo right now.

The 394 HD top is a little different than the 395 HD top. But I have been shown that with a slight modification that is not visible and does not effect anything in a negative way, the 395 HD top can be used on a 394

Maybe a moderator can change the title of this thread to "I :icon12: Jimmy in NC".
Don't think that is necessary. You've shared lots of love to chainsaw guys too...lots of good guys with the saw community. The people are why I've continued to enjoy saws over collecting tractors.

MS291, MS390, MS391, MS660. The prices on first three are "meh?", but the 660 sounds like a scam.

A little Utah State history: Fillmore Utah was the Utah Territory Capitol. It was named Fillmore because application for Statehood took place during Millard Fillmore's(13th President of the U.S.) time in office. The effort to sway President Fillmore failed, as admission to the Union was granted for over forty more years.

What's crazy is that he has the 55, and 346XP listed for the same price, $350. If that's in CAD, it's a pretty damn good deal on the 346XP for us that are South of the border.
I have a guy right now that is paying me to build a 55. I've offered a 350 and 346...he insists on a 55. Has a large farm and grading company...should buy a 550xp...wants a 55. There are some nuts out there.

I redid a 55 for a guy and it was the same thing. He wanted HIS saw repaired. Cost wasn't the issue. He knew it and liked the way it ran and saw no reason to use otherwise. (His son straight gassed it)
