The fun of pulling dry sleeves.

I have a lot better ideas of fun than pulling dry sleeves lol
Was just thinking that a couple long beads of weld would ease it a bitA little tig weld goes a long ways with pulling them but it sure makes me miss doing wet sleeves.

I was taught to run a bead up the side and get just enough shrink to pull them out. On the farm it was with 6013 and an AC buzz box. Tig sounds much cleaner. Install was get the block as warm as you could in the shop and take the sleeves from the freezer and drop them in. Dry ice worked good for the shrink as well.
Try a combination of dry ice and liquid nitrogen @Skeans1 . It makes the liquid quite a bit colder. I never believed it until I tried it on some bronze and steel bushing installs. Saved me pressing them in.
