Yes.
My Buddy works for Triad as a field mechanic, he sends me alot of cool pictures. He ports a wicked saw as well and is well know down in the valley for his CR500 port work.

I recognize that landing and the Berger yarder I believe. They lost their other tower and processor and whatnot there. I saw them salvage what was left, and bring the new stuff in. Small world.

View attachment 268630 A little bit of fun from this afternoon

Very nice - that's my favorite type of hand falling right there - good quality second-growth with one or two clear long logs on favorable ground.

I got to cut a piece in 2006 down near Glendale that was a faller's dream - good, straight 55 year-old second growth with a clear long log in every tree.
There was no brush, no big rocks - fairly flat river-bottom type ground. It was only five acres though.

It sure helps walking through with the machine first making all the vine maple disappear and fill those holes. I’m very lucky that all but a few little corners are all cat ground and there’s still a few areas we haven’t touched at all. I got a few more pictures of the area with the go pro for a little different view I’ll post up as well.
