Looks like a dog, hard to say because a stock ms880 is too.
I've never been impressed by any of the truly large saw offerings. 880? Slow. 3120? Like watching paint dry.Looks like a dog, hard to say because a stock ms880 is too.
U used a 881 or an old one with cast nuffler.Used one finally the other day - has some serious jam compared to the 880s I've used in the past - going to throw a bark box on it

@lehman live edge slab
Yes definitely would I make my own muffler mod before I spend so much money for a bark box
Pics!881 - I purchased one from Ireland as I posted previously - barkbox came in - going to throw that on
You must have already pulled the limiters so you can retune after the bark box gets put on. Are you goin to run it enough to finish breaking it in before the bark box or putting it on right away?881 - I purchased one from Ireland as I posted previously - barkbox came in - going to throw that on
So how does the 881 run??
That sound awesome, don’t let us wait so longIt’s pretty crazy for a bone stock saw, I always thought the 880 was a bit of a letdown for what a hog it was - that feeling is long gone on the 881 - will post some content towards end of the week I think.
Time to get her dirty!!
