Well, a real Husqvarna and Stihl probably wouldn't get along, so I'll just use parts out of the junk pile.

It can't be a Super unless it's a big bore. 105.6cc :coleman:

It could be a Magnum too if only I had a sticker.

Ok, will need some ideas on the intake IF I can get the cylinder to fit. Maybe some custom boot material? Maybe I could add some epoxy and reshape the 395 intake into a 660 intake?

And the spark plug holes seem close enough to work with.

Looks like Jim used a spacer to raise the cylinder. I don't think I have the tools to make one, so I'll have to keep the cylinder low. I'll get back on this Monday.

I'll have to cut 2.5mm off the bottom of the piston to reach BDC. Any guesses on weight savings? I'll guess 6g.

Nope, just 1g, and I had to cut a bit more than 2.5mm off.

It has another .125" before freeport, so with the .210" extension off the cylinder we're looking at about .085" of freeporting :hmmm: Dare I JB weld the exhaust floor? I think the top of the piston will be a good bit above the floor, so maybe it can take the heat?

Piston going to hit the crank? You can open the case if needed.
