Squish target hit. .021-.022 with .026 solder, which means about .019-.020 true squish.

The lower ring pin rides along the Flywheel side exhaust, so many tell me they just leave the port stock.

Major appliance malfunctions at my house. The worst is the fridge in my garage which stores the MOFO fuel :(. A new one is coming today, so half of my garage needs to be moved to get it placed.

That's it for now. I'll post more when I get some grinding time in.

Hope you guys are enjoying. This is what this site was for IMHO.

I leave out the lower ring Doc. That allows me to use my spinny thing in the port.
Housework got the better of me today. Got a few of the customary surprises along the way, like leaking pipes, etc...

Now dinner for my second's 20th birthday. Family comes first.

Hope to do some grinding tonight. Haven't measured port yet, in terms of bore percentage, but it sure looks like there's room to open it inside and out and maintain the second ring.

Good Morning fellows.

I know the uppers look big, but here's some pics of the bits I used to carve them.

The largest of the three was used to nip the plating down to the right level. It would not fit in either port. It fits easily in a 026 upper.

Just wanted to give some perspective.
