The lower ring pin rides along the Flywheel side exhaust, so many tell me they just leave the port stock.
How do you guys add chamfer to the combustion chamber after the band is cut? It'd be nice to have a radius and consistency. I'm not sure if I could do that with just a foredom. Like a scotch brite ball in a drill or something.
Looks great Doc! Do you ever end up with a little ridge when sanding the squish? Here's what 30 out looks like. I finished it with a 150 grit sanding. View attachment 80391View attachment 80392View attachment 80393
I'm curious to see how this compares to your 036/360 saws. It has the possibility of stealing their lunch monies.
I leave out the lower ring Doc. That allows me to use my spinny thing in the port.
Do you pull the pin when you leave the ring out?I leave out the lower ring Doc. That allows me to use my spinny thing in the port.
Would doing what's needed to keep that 2nd ring aid in Torque?
Most Huskys are single Ring....

I'm not sure leaving the ring out would effect torque.
