I have it, think I have all the parts, but it is still in a box in the shed. It is an 034 with the front adj, closed port.

I initially thought it just needed a piston, so I got a OEM piston, then when I pulled it down saw the oiler was bad, the seal, the bearing ... I have new bearings & seals in, passed vac/pressure test, and that is how it is. Have trouble getting motivated to do it with my other projects and my MOFO 360!!! I even have a steel screen filter for it!
Mine is front adjust also. Don't know if open or closed port but good runner. Also building a 034 open port to see if I can tell a difference?

Does anyone know what size screws are used to attach Muffler on these series of saws and if it needs the spacer AND heat shield. Still gotta get the muffler either way

My 034 came with a spacer with gaskets on both sides. That is the other reason I don't want to put it together, I use that spacer (and a piece of bike tube) to seal the exhaust on other cylinders when I vac/pressure test them.

He is SUPER SWAMPED right now. Not sure he is taking on any more saws right now. I bet @Mastermind or @Treemonkey can make it sing nice too.
They really respond well to the special treatments. [emoji106]

I'm taking very, very few used saws Jeff.

Mostly I just port what I sell.

Yeah, it won't be anytime soon. Got too many irons in the fire right now. Plus the whole overrated thing...

Mr Clean hands now!!!! I actually was expecting you guys to start charging more for working on old dirty saws, just cleaning em up is a PITA!

That said, your policy would be just great if you started getting some 462s and MS 500s!!!
