and that is it.

i need one with the high and low speed adjustment mine has the fixed h speed jet and i can't get it rev with out going to lean.

no my stihl dealer advised against it he said it lets to much saw dust and dirt by.

It will but it will run better

I don't think you can use the metal mesh filter on this saw. It uses the ms260 style filter with the intellicarb. I don't think the air filter cover will latch on if you switch to the air filter either.
Best you can do is use the nylon mesh filter or modify a nylon mesh filter by cutting out the nylon mesh and then epoxy on some metal mesh
