Same dude did an ignition advance on a 590, runs 87 octane fuel, doesn't get the low jet dialed in, and blames the running issue on the rev limiter.
Says it needs a "620" coil. Newsflash: It's not bouncing off the limiter and it doesnnt need a 620 coil. I run a similarly modified 590 in my tree service and logging fleet. My 590 with ignition advanced has that same exact low speed "cackle" if you don't get the octane right and the low speed jet properly rich.
EVERY SINGLE saw porter on this forum could hear what was wrong with that saw and tell you exactly whats wrong.
I actually advise folks to take no more than .010 off the flywheel key on the 590 timberwolf. They'll tune much easier. .020 off the flywheel key is OK too, BUT, u better pay attention to the octane rating and the low speed jet!

You cant tell the guy anything. He knows everything.
When I hear "motomilk is the best", its a great vomit inducer.
