I saw my ground hog came back this spring. I figured an idiot neighbor shot it. I didn’t see it last year but my peach tree didn’t produce so it might have been hanging out in the thick stuff. Are they a scourge for you? My cousin, who grew up near Carlisle, said the groundhogs destroyed many an acre of crop.
There are not many here in Illinois, but the few around have been terrorized by dogs and coyotes.
